Patisserie Holdings
Patisserie Holdings is the UK's largest patisserie chain. It has over 50 sites nationwide. It operates two brands - Patisserie Valerie and Druckers Vienna Patisserie.
Risk Capital Partners purchased Birmingham-based Druckers Vienna Patisserie in May 2007, combining it with their London-based business Patisserie Valerie which was acquired in September 2006.
Druckers Vienna Patisserie was founded in 1965 in Birmingham and has grown to 42 sites nationwide.
Patisserie Valerie was established in 1926 in Soho and has grown to 10 company owned sites in central London.
Both brands offer authentic pastries and light meals, breakfasts, brunches, lunches, teas and early dinner. Virtually all of the products for both brands are produced in-house either at the site itself or at a central bakery.
