Ben founded Risk Capital Partners in 2001 along with Luke Johnson. He is actively involved in a number of our investments and is on the Board of APT Controls, Giraffe and Patisserie Valerie.
Ben gained a degree in Agriculture from Reading University. He began his career at Dalgety Agriculture before joining KPMG where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Ben went on to spend two years in the Corporate Finance team of Grant Thornton where he advised on a number of trade sales, management buy-outs and buy-ins. He left Grant Thornton in 2000 to start work with Luke Johnson.
