We like to invest £3 to £10 million of equity in any one transaction, and have sizeable funds at our disposal. Working with our banking contacts, and depending on the nature of the business being acquired, we are able to fund transactions valued at up to £50 million.
We believe we can contribute to the development of the businesses in which we invest, and will always take a seat on the Board of each company.
